In two years I will have saved enough for 20% down on my next place and the market will still be way down so I will actually be in a place to build equity. I know it is irresponsible. But these are desperate times and I feel a need to look at things very selfishly. I need to make money on my house or I will be on the street when I retire.
I run a marketing company with clients scattered nationally. Business is off (duh!!) and a friend suggested I bring on some hungry dogs to try and change the flow. This is a cultural shift for us as a company. We have always been more referral based and have survived for 20 years staying above the pack with good service and work. But it is a different time. My concern is that this move shifts our brand into more of a price-cutting model as these guys go for anything they can to get commissions. This doesn't feel right but the most important thing is the survival of the business. Any experiences out there with blood sucking reps.

0 Vote(s)

There is good reason most single women are single. The more I meet the more damage I see. SIngle women in their 40s have been through multiple relationships and are unwilling to compromise or change to meet the needs of another. That is why men go young, I think. It isn't for the look of youth, it is for the fun and laughter and wide-eyed joy that young women bring to a relationship. They are grateful. They are filled with hope.
