I am a senior executive in my early 50s. My company merged with a larger firm four years ago and evreything has gone great. A series of recent setbacks has my boss, the CEO, breathing fire, ignoring my calls, going around me....You get it. Behavior that is cery much not like him. I am wondering if I should confront him about these actions or simply take this as a sign for a change. I mean, I have been here almost 20 years and maybe it is time? I have money in the bank and while I will need to work, maybe it is time for something completely new? Comments would be very much appreciated.
