I have been passsed over for the top job in my firm. I am now reporting to someone much younger who is on the fast track. My responsibilities are the same as before, but it is clear that thos in power do not think much of me. Now is not the time to be looking for work, but I feel slighted and everybody is seeing me as dead wood. Do I just suck it up and go forward with something that is paying the bills or should I strike out on my own and make a stand?
