My nephew has driven my brother crazy this past year: stealing, lying, screaming...the whole bit. It has taken a toll on everyone and my question is: do I give him money or a gift just because it is Christmas. I suspect he will spend the money on dope and a gift will mean nothing to him, not really. He has asked for money because he wants to get his car insured but I know it will go to things I do not want to support. Still, it's Christmas. I am really stuck here. Help,
