Managing Direct Sales and Telesales Team:
- Working closely with sales managers and their teams to set up production planning, sales target,
motivational activity planning and recruitment.
- Maintaining good relationship between sales force and the company.
- Leading a team to set up all sales process or sales activities and being a consultant for team head
to resolve conflict in their team and recommend solution.
- Manage and monitor daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting of sales performance.
- Perform analysis of business, consumer, competitor information, trends related to product on a regular
basis.
- Plan the project timeline, necessary step and resource needed for the project.
